Romance is deep
deeper than reality
I cannot fathom
in yet
it is a picture
of God’s intense love
for us
it is a picture
of how true love should be
the pursuit
of a man
to a maiden
who is drawn to her heart
the beauty in the core
of who she truly is

no wonder it is
a picture
of God’s intense love
for us!!!
I find myself
I find myself thinking of you
so many times a day
I find myself praying for you
in so many wonderful ways
Though I do not know you well
these thoughts seem to dwell
because
I find myself thinking of you
and the person who I perceive you to be
I find myself thinking of you
and wondering if it is to be true
I know that we must trust
and keep HIM in full view
Nevertheless,
I find myself thinking of you
so I will wait for HIS will
as I keep my heart still!!!

Thank you for your peace that everything in my life is as you want it to be.
My eyes look to you O LORD my God, and I am helped.
I am strengthened.
I am embraced with a love like no other.
I can rest
in the shadow of your wings
as I abide with you day by day
I will not be afraid
but I will have courage
to conquer my fears
to step out
in spite of my weaknesses
When my eyes look to you
your peace overwhelms my soul
and I am made completely whole

I can be free

you become greater
and I become less

I have faith
that can move a mountain

I hold firm to this faith that I profess

I will inherit what is promised
through faith and patience I will endure it all

because your plans will prevail from on high

but I am a rose to HIM

the one with all the romantic dates
but my heart is fixed on HIM
I may not be
the one who receives words so true
but HIS are the ones I cling to
I may not be
embraced by another’s arms this day
but I can live
my life in HIS embrace
in the shelter of HIS wings
I may not be in love with another
but HE keeps me falling
falling more deeply in love
with who HE is, was and always will be
as HE draws me closer
so much closer to HIS heart
I may not be

first and forever
because HE first loved me!!!

I answer

to listen to you
for all you will say
and how I need to obey

right into your arms
and that is where I will stay
there is no other way

to step out in faith

When Life Makes Sense
LORD Jesus, thank you that everything in my life makes sense because of you. Thank you that everything is as you want it to be. Help me to remain faithful to you as my heart learns a greater trust as I come closer to your heart. I love you, Amen!!!

Life is about
waiting on God
because He is
waiting for you
to submit to His will
His will for all
to love and serve Him
to give Him the glory
to which life depends
Life is about
His perfect blood
that cleanses us
with a heavenly flood
Life is about
His perfect love
that is meant to be shared
with those who don’t know
Life is about
serving His name
bringing Him glory
calling on His Name
Life is about
so much more
than we can see
His perfect goodness
reflected in you and me!!!

Thinking about you
is so easy to do
It has been
since the day I met you
You are in my heart
and there you will stay
even if we are so far away

only HE knows if it is meant to be true
so I hold onto HIM
to hear what HE’ll say
